+Removed `packages/client/src/components/hermes/chat/DrawerPanel.vue` and
+`packages/server/src/services/hermes/context-engine/index.ts` after checking
+application and test imports. The active chat layout directly uses its file and
+terminal panels; compression consumers directly import their implementation
+modules. No Python bridge files or chat event fields/timing changed.
