2026-10-25	local-main-initial-commit	Remove unreferenced chat drawer and context-engine barrel	No runtime or Socket.IO contract changes; both files had no callers.

Removed packages/client/src/components/hermes/chat/DrawerPanel.vue and packages/server/src/services/hermes/context-engine/index.ts after checking application and test imports. The active chat layout directly uses its file and terminal panels; compression consumers directly import their implementation modules. No Python bridge files or chat event fields/timing changed.
